How long does leather jacket pattern making take?
Depending on the complexity of the product, a single pattern job is usually completed within 3–7 business days. Sample production takes extra time; a clear schedule is given at the appointment.

Is there a minimum order?
No. We can work on a single pattern or a single sample, and you can move on to series production and wholesale leather jacket manufacturing whenever you wish.

Do you do pattern grading and marker planning?
Yes. Besides custom patterns, we grade approved patterns across your size range and prepare marker plans so that pieces fit on the leather with as little waste as possible.

We have pattern, cutting and sewing experience in all leather types including nappa, sheep, calf, suede, nubuck and vintage leather.
